Refund Policy

Welcome to Leadlabtry, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, credits, and replacements are handled for our lead generation services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Effective Date: September 11, 2025

1. General Policy

1.1. Leadlabtry, Inc. operates on a performance-based model where clients are billed for leads that are successfully delivered. 1.2. Due to the nature of lead generation services, all payments made for delivered leads are non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1. Once a lead has been delivered, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund. 2.2. Dissatisfaction with lead outcomes, conversion rates, or sales results does not qualify for a refund. 2.3. Clients acknowledge that results may vary depending on their responsiveness, pricing, and internal sales process.

3. Lead Replacements

3.1. Instead of refunds, Leadlabtry, Inc. offers replacements for invalid or bad leads. 3.2. A lead may qualify for replacement if it meets one of the following conditions: the contact information is incorrect or unreachable, the lead is outside the agreed service area, or the lead did not request the service. 3.3. Replacement requests must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of lead delivery. 3.4. All replacement requests are subject to review and approval at our discretion.

4. Billing Disputes

4.1. Any billing concerns must be raised within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the invoice. 4.2. Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe will result in the invoice being considered valid and accepted. 4.3. Clients agree to follow the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

5.1. Leadlabtry, Inc. reserves the right to pause or suspend lead delivery if invoices remain unpaid. 5.2. Services will resume once outstanding balances have been settled.

6.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. 6.2. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
