Welcome to Leadlabtry, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and lead generation programs. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services
1.1 Leadlabtry, Inc. provides lead generation services for home service businesses. Our services include connecting service providers with potential customers who have expressed interest in services such as, but not limited to, tree services, painting, and other home improvement services. 1.2 We do not guarantee job completion, customer conversion, or revenue as results may vary depending on factors outside our control.
2. Lead Delivery
2.1. Leads are delivered based on agreed targeting, service type, and geographic location. 2.2. Lead volume may vary depending on market conditions, demand, and availability. 2.3. Leads may be delivered through SMS, email, CRM systems, or other agreed communication methods. 2.4. While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or intent of each lead.
3. Billing & Payment
3.1. Clients are billed based on the number of leads delivered within the agreed billing period. 3.2. Billing frequency may vary depending on the selected plan, including daily, weekly, or bi-weekly invoicing. 3.3. Payment must be completed in full before continued delivery of leads. 3.4. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services. 3.5. All payments are non-refundable once leads have been delivered.
4.1. Leadlabtry, Inc. offers replacements for invalid or bad leads, subject to review. 4.2. A lead may qualify for replacement if the contact information is incorrect, the lead is outside the agreed service area, or the lead did not request the service. 4.3. Requests for replacements must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours from the time the lead is delivered. 4.4. We reserve the right to review all replacement requests and make the final determination of eligibility.
4. Lead Quality & Replacements
5.1. Clients agree to respond to leads in a timely and professional manner. 5.2. Clients agree not to misuse, resell, or redistribute any leads provided. 5.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their services comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 5.4. Clients must maintain accurate and up-to-date business information with us.

6.1. While we aim to provide high-quality leads, we do not guarantee conversions, booked jobs, or business outcomes. 6.2. Results may vary depending on the client’s responsiveness, pricing, sales process, and market conditions.
7. Communication & Consent
7.1. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us, including SMS messages, phone calls, and emails related to your account and services. 7.2. You may opt out of communications at any time by contacting us directly.
8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are overdue, if these Terms & Conditions are violated, or if misuse of leads is detected. 8.2. Clients may request to pause or cancel services at any time with prior notice.
8. Suspension & Termination
9.1. Leadlabtry, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities. 9.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services within the applicable billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
10. Disputes & Chargebacks
10.1. By using our services, you agree that all charges are based on leads that have been delivered in accordance with the agreed terms and billing structure. 10.2. Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with their payment provider without first contacting Leadlabtry, Inc. to resolve the issue. 10.3. In the event of a billing concern or dispute, clients must notify us in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the invoice. 10.4. Failure to follow the dispute process outlined in this agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of services. 10.5. Any unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals will be considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent termination of services, denial of future service, and legal action to recover outstanding balances and associated costs. 10.6. Clients acknowledge that lead generation services are performance-based and that dissatisfaction with lead outcomes, conversion rates, or sales results does not qualify as valid grounds for a chargeback.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All systems, processes, content, and materials used by Leadlabtry, Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company. 11.2. No part of our services may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
12. Modifications
12.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. 12.2. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
13. Governing Law
13.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
